Printed colours on a real case, sleeve or band can look slightly different from what appears on your display, and finish types (matte, glossy, textured) affect how a colour reads. Small colour shifts between screen and product, or between two items ordered at different times, are normal and are not a fault.

3. Made to Order & Print Placement

Every item is produced individually for your device after you order. Because each piece is printed and finished by hand-fed equipment, artwork placement, wrap around edges and cut-out alignment can vary slightly from one item to the next, and pattern positioning is not identical on every unit. Anything genuinely misprinted, damaged or not as described is covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Protection Is Not a Guarantee

Our cases, sleeves and covers are designed to help protect against everyday scratches, scuffs and minor knocks. They are not certified rugged, waterproof or drop-proof products, and no accessory can prevent every kind of damage. Tilila is not responsible for damage to your device, screen or data. Use a case as one part of looking after your device, not as insurance.

5. Device Compatibility

Each item is made for one specific device model, so selecting the correct model at checkout is your responsibility. Please confirm the exact model name and generation on your device before ordering — for example iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max take different cases. Third-party accessories such as screen protectors, grips or magnetic mounts may affect fit. If you order the wrong model, contact us and we will help you exchange it under our return policy.
