Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bytilila.com, including any purchases made through the site. The site and the Tilila brand are operated by Ashbubble LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“we,” “us,” or “Tilila”). By using Tilila, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and all activity on your account. Notify us immediately at support@tilila.de if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Orders & Order Acceptance

Tilila sells physical tech accessories — phone cases, iPad and tablet cases, laptop sleeves, Kindle cases, AirPods cases and Apple Watch bands — printed with our own artwork and made to order for the exact device model you select.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed contract. The order confirmation email we send you acknowledges that we received your order; the contract is formed when we accept the order and send it into production. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is unavailable, a price or product description was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you receive a full refund.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices on bytilila.com are shown in euros (EUR) unless another currency is displayed at checkout, and include applicable VAT where required. Shipping costs are calculated and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout, which is operated by Shopify — we do not see or store your full card details. If a price is obviously wrong, we will contact you before charging or producing the item.

6. Made to Order & Cancellations

Every item is produced individually for your chosen device model after you order, which is why we do not hold ready-made stock. Because production can begin quickly, you may cancel or change an order within 2 hours of placing it by emailing support@tilila.de with your order number. After that window the item is usually already in production and cannot be cancelled — but you can still use your return right described below.

7. Device Compatibility

Cases and bands are made for one specific device model, so choosing the correct model at checkout is your responsibility. Please check the exact model name on your device (for example iPhone 16 Pro versus iPhone 16 Pro Max) before ordering. If you order the wrong model, the item is still covered by our return policy — email us and we will help you swap it.

8. Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

We ship worldwide from our production partners. Estimated production and transit times are shown on the shipping information page and are estimates, not guarantees. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we hand the parcel to the carrier; if a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will resolve it with the carrier on your behalf.

For international orders, any import duties, customs charges or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the price you pay us.

9. Returns & Refunds

You may return an item within 90 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and once your return reaches us your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are in our Refund Policy. Nothing here limits any statutory withdrawal or consumer rights you have where you live.

10. Intellectual Property

The artwork, patterns, product photography, site design and written content on bytilila.com are original work owned by Tilila or licensed to us. Buying a product gives you ownership of that physical item only — it does not transfer any rights in the artwork. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or create derivative works from our designs, or use them for commercial purposes, without our written permission.

11. Third-Party Device Trademarks

Apple, iPhone, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch, Kindle, Samsung, Galaxy, Google and Pixel are trademarks of their respective owners. We use those names only to describe which device a product fits. Tilila is an independent brand and is not affiliated with, authorised by, sponsored by or endorsed by any of those companies, and our products are not manufactured by them.

12. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content to Tilila, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our store and marketing.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Tilila to:

• Engage in fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Distribute viruses, spam, or malware
• Scrape or copy our content without permission

14. Disclaimers

Our cases and sleeves are designed to help protect your device from everyday scratches and knocks, but no accessory prevents every kind of damage. Protective performance is not guaranteed, and we do not cover damage to the device itself. Because each item is printed individually, slight colour and print-placement variation between units and between your screen and the finished product is normal — see our disclaimer. Subject to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tilila’s total liability for any claim related to your use of the site or purchase of a product is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including damage to any device used with our products.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes must be brought in the courts of Delaware unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

17. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
