Shipping & Delivery

How your order gets made and how it reaches you — rates, timings and tracking.

Everything Is Made to Order

Nothing at Tilila sits in a warehouse. Phone cases, tablet and Kindle cases, laptop sleeves, AirPods cases and Apple Watch bands are all printed with your chosen artwork and made fresh for the exact device model and finish you picked. That means there are two parts to the wait: the time it takes to make your item, and the time the carrier takes to bring it to your door.

Processing Time

Orders are made and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During sales, holidays and new drops this can stretch to 3–5 business days while I work through the queue. You’ll get a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves the facility.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

All rates are in euros and are shown again at checkout once you enter your address. Transit times below are carrier estimates and start after processing, not from the moment you order.

There is one shipping speed — standard. I don’t offer an express or overnight option, so what you see above is the full picture.

How You Receive Your Order

Carriers & Tracking

Depending on where you are, your order travels with USPS, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Australia Post, Canada Post or Evri. The carrier is chosen by destination, so it isn’t something you pick at checkout. Tracking is emailed to you as soon as the parcel is dispatched, and it can take a day or so for the first scan to appear.

Packaging

Cases, sleeves and bands ship in protective mailers sized to the item, so they arrive without scuffs or pressure marks. Multiple items in one order may travel in separate parcels if they’re made at different times — if that happens, each one gets its own tracking number.

Order Hasn’t Arrived?

First, check your tracking link — most delays are a carrier scan catching up or a parcel waiting at a local depot. Also double-check the address on your confirmation email. If tracking hasn’t moved for several days, or the estimated window has passed, email me with your order number and I’ll chase the carrier and sort it out.

Customs & Duties

International orders may attract customs charges, import duties or local taxes once they reach your country. These are set by your local authorities, aren’t collected by Tilila, and are the buyer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, your national customs website is the best place to check before ordering.
