Question 1

Which phone models does the Dunkelblaues himmlisches Herbst iPad Folio Case fit?

Accepted Answer

The Dunkelblaues himmlisches Herbst iPad Folio Case is made for iPad (A16/10th Gen), iPad Air 11inch (M3/M2/5th/4th Gen), iPad Air 13inch (M3/M2), iPad mini (A17 Pro), plus 4 more models — pick yours on this page before adding to cart. Each one is printed and cut for that exact handset, so the camera opening, buttons and ports line up.

Question 2

What is the Dunkelblaues himmlisches Herbst iPad Folio Case made of?

Accepted Answer

100% PU faux leather. The artwork is printed onto the tablet folio case (ipad) itself rather than applied as a stick-on skin, and it covers the full printable surface edge to edge.

Question 3

How long does the Dunkelblaues himmlisches Herbst iPad Folio Case take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

It is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days — 3–5 during sales, holidays and new drops — and then ship with tracking. The shipping estimate on this page shows the delivery window for your own address.

Question 4

Can I return the Dunkelblaues himmlisches Herbst iPad Folio Case?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 90 days of delivery if it arrives damaged or defective, or if it is not what you ordered — we will replace it or refund you and we cover the return shipping. Because every tablet folio case (ipad) is printed to order we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, so check your selection before checkout.

Question 5

Can I add a name or my own photo to the Dunkelblaues himmlisches Herbst iPad Folio Case?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is free. Open the personalization panel above the quantity selector to add a short note — a name, a date, a message — and attach a photo or logo if you want one printed alongside the design. Both travel with your order.

Question 6

Is the Dunkelblaues himmlisches Herbst iPad Folio Case design original to Tilila?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Tilila design is drawn in-house and printed only on Tilila products — you will not find this artwork on a generic case in a phone shop. Tilila makes artist-designed phone cases, tablet and iPad cases, laptop sleeves, AirPods cases, watch bands, grips and stands.

Question 7

How do I contact Tilila?

Accepted Answer

Email support@tilila.de. Most replies go out within a few hours, and always within one business day.
