About Tilila

Who We Are

Tilila is a small independent studio. We draw our own artwork and put it on the things you actually carry every day — your phone, your tablet, your laptop, your headphones. No licensed characters, no reused stock patterns, no catalogue prints borrowed from somewhere else.

We stay deliberately small. The same handful of people design the artwork, lay it out for each device shape, check what comes off the press, and answer your emails.

What We Make

Everything we sell is a physical product, made to order for one specific device model and shipped to you. Nothing is generic and nothing is one-size-fits-most.

• iPhone Cases — models up to the iPhone 17 series
• Samsung Galaxy Cases — cut for each Galaxy model
• Google Pixel Cases — camera bar cut-outs matched per model
• iPad & Tablet Cases — sized per iPad generation
• AirPods Cases — snug clip-on covers

We also make tablet cases, laptop sleeves, Kindle cases and Apple Watch bands in the same designs, so you can match a set if you want to.

Case Styles & Finishes

Phone cases come in three builds so you can pick the balance of protection and slimness you want:

• Snap — a slim one-piece polycarbonate shell with a full-wrap, edge-to-edge print
• Tough — a dual-layer polycarbonate shell over a TPU liner for heavy-duty impact resistance
• Flexi — flexible shock-absorbing TPU, slim and grippy in the hand

Snap and Tough are available in a glossy or matte finish. All three styles are wireless-charging compatible.

How It Works

Because each case is made to order for a specific device, there is no warehouse of pre-made stock sitting on a shelf. You pick your model at checkout, we make your case, and it ships to you.

• Processed and dispatched in 1–2 business days (3–5 during sales and holidays)
• Tracked delivery, with a tracking link emailed the moment it leaves us
• Free returns for 90 days if it is not right

Made With Care

Every design is laid out by hand for each device shape, so the pattern sits properly around the camera cut-out and wraps cleanly over the edges rather than being stretched to fit. The artwork is printed into the surface of the case, not applied as a film, so it will not peel or rub away with normal use. If a design does not look right on a particular model, we do not list it for that model.

Real Support From a Real Person

When you email Tilila, a person on the team reads it. If a case arrives damaged, the print is off, or you just want to check which model to order — write to support@tilila.de and you will hear back, usually within one business day.

The Small Print

Tilila is operated by Ashbubble LLC, a US-registered limited liability company. Because every case is made to order, we ask you to double-check your device model before you buy — but if anything arrives wrong or faulty, we replace it free, and you have 90 days to return any order with free return shipping.
