Question 1

Which phone models does the Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle fit?

Accepted Answer

The Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle is made for iPhone 17e, iPhone 18 Pro, iPhone 18 Pro Max, Samsung Galaxy S26, plus 80 more models — pick yours on this page before adding to cart. Each one is printed and cut for that exact handset, so the camera opening, buttons and ports line up.

Question 2

Does the Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle work with a wireless charger?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Supports wireless charging (not including MagSafe) — you can leave it on the phone and set it straight down on a Qi pad. It also carries an embedded magnet ring, so MagSafe® chargers and accessories snap on and hold.

Question 3

What is the Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle made of?

Accepted Answer

100% polycarbonate (shell), 100% TPU (lining). Dual layer case for extra durability and protection. The artwork is printed onto the tough cases itself rather than applied as a stick-on skin, and it covers the full printable surface edge to edge.

Question 4

How long does the Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle take to arrive?

Accepted Answer

It is made to order, so nothing sits in a warehouse waiting. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days — 3–5 during sales, holidays and new drops — and then ship with tracking. The shipping estimate on this page shows the delivery window for your own address.

Question 5

Can I return the Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, within 90 days of delivery if it arrives damaged or defective, or if it is not what you ordered — we will replace it or refund you and we cover the return shipping. Because every tough cases is printed to order we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, so check your selection before checkout.

Question 6

Can I add a name or my own photo to the Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and it is free. Open the personalization panel above the quantity selector to add a short note — a name, a date, a message — and attach a photo or logo if you want one printed alongside the design. Both travel with your order.

Question 7

Is the Vintage Herbst Fuchs Wald Robuste Handyhülle design original to Tilila?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every Tilila design is drawn in-house and printed only on Tilila products — you will not find this artwork on a generic case in a phone shop. Tilila makes artist-designed phone cases, tablet and iPad cases, laptop sleeves, AirPods cases, watch bands, grips and stands.

Question 8

How do I contact Tilila?

Accepted Answer

Email support@tilila.de. Most replies go out within a few hours, and always within one business day.
